Annual Checkup

Having developed and put in place a superior energy strategy, conservation plan, and supply policy, the client will benefit financially for years to come.  To help keep the programs operating at peak efficiency, BMA can conduct annual checkups of important elements of the energy programs.  Brief and affordable, these annual reviews will look at the key elements of executive interactions with energy initiatives, project funding, project performance, tracking and reporting of results, power purchasing, and ongoing goal setting.  Topical areas for the annual review can be tailored to the specific needs at any time, but the overall intent is to ensure that the best outcomes are always being created.

A typical scope of services would be based on hourly rates or annual retainer, so that the reviews can be conducted with rapid response times.
